By focusing solely on this type of work, we have developed a diverse range of skills and services with skilled team members and defined processes which ensure that each clearance is bespoke, thorough and ethical, whilst being cost effective for our clients.
As a very brief summary:
Personal items, paperwork and requested items will be located and retained for our clients.
We utilise a range of auction rooms, both locally and nationally, and skills of multiple team members to identify antiques, fine art and other items of value to maximise return for our clients.
Charitable donation is not an afterthought. TCS’s core value is giving opportunity, and as such we aim to donate items, time and our resources in multiple ways (please see recycling and charity page for full details)
