For many people, clearing a property is something they might not have had to do before. Often, this comes at a difficult time, especially if there has been a family bereavement.
Equally, if a family member, friend or client is ‘downsizing’ into residential accommodation or a care home, the task of dealing with surplus possessions can seem daunting.
At TCS, approximately 70% of all work we undertake is in probate cases, with ‘downsizing’ accounting for approx 15%. Whilst we do undertake other work, for example commercial clearance, we stay very focussed on our ‘core business’ of probate or downsizing work.
Because of this focus, since 1999 we have developed a range of services designed to assist both private and corporate clients.
As a brief summary, we are able to secure and protect your property, impartially value it’s contents, dispatch items to a range of auction rooms, donate items, recycle items, dispose of items and also deal with difficult areas such as attics, garages, cellars and sheds.
